LEMUEL M. ALCOBA finished his Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Cebu Institute of Technology last June 2002. After graduation he worked as an apprentice in one of the architectural firms in Cebu. He passed and placed 9th during the June 2005 Architecture Licensure Examination held in Manila. He worked in different Cebu based outsourcing companies until he realized that even the most promising of careers lasted only until retirement. He then decided to practice architecture on his own.

LEMUEL M. ALCOBA ARCHITECTS was set up last 2009 which caters architectural design for residential and commercial projects. It then ventured into construction services specializing residential projects a year after.

Years before he established Lemuel M. Alcoba Architects, he has had different projects which include architectural design, AutoCAD drafting and 3D rendering. Most of his 3D rendering projects comes from his clients abroad. Until now, he still offers AutoCAD drafting services and 3DS Max architectural renderings for both local and international clientele.
